shipping policy

Standard orders must be placed by 4:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 days and orders will arrive within 3-5 days from when the order is processed. Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 3 days from when the order is placed. Expedite orders must be placed by 9:00 AM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
